• 1. Location
    • 2B Market will be held at and on the date below:
    Vendor is agreeing to follow space assignment, event times, load in and out procedures. Failure to show at event or cancel for any reason will result in forfeiture of any deposit or booth rental.

  • 2. Vendor Operations
    • Vendors are responsible for maintaining their booth space. Booth space must be kept clean and free of trash and debris. Vendor is responsible for cleaning their own area at the end of the market. Vendors are required to display and sell their goods throughout the show. Vendors are solely responsible for ensuring the items sold does not infringe on a third party, including items that violate copyrights, trademarks, or patents. Tables must be covered, and only white tents will be allowed. Tear down will not be allowed until the show is closed. Vendors must wear provided badges for identification purposes. Vendors will be given two vendor badges. Additional badges can be purchased for $10 for additional workers. All vendor vehicles and trailers must be parked in designated vendor parking areas. Vendors must not transfer or sublease booth. Shared vendor booths must submit additional application and fee. All vendors must sign contract and submit payment before participating in event. No refunds will be given. No transferring of funds to different show dates. No smoking or vaping during the event.

  • 3. Electricity
    • Access to one electrical outlet for an additional charge of $25. If venue has access to all, $25 will be added to your contract. Vendor must provide their own 100’ electrical cord. Any vendor requiring more than a 15-amp 120v outlet, must discuss their needs with promoter in advance of show to ensure power needs can be met.

  • 4. Permits, insurance, and taxes
    • Vendor is responsible for all permits, insurance, and taxes required for the operation of their business. Vendor is responsible for collecting and submitting all local, county, and state taxes.

  • 5. Liability and Indemnification
    • 2B Market will not be responsible for damages or personal injury resulting from any prop or goods in a vendor’s booth. Vendors are responsible for all goods sold. Neither 2B Market, its workers, volunteers, or venue takes responsibility for any theft, damage, loss of product, injuries, accidents, or any other loss for the vendor. It’s recommended for vendor to carry liability insurance and/or property insurance. Vendor agrees to identify, hold harmless, release, waive, and forever discharge 2B market and its employees for all bodily and personal Injuries, including injuries resulting in death, and property damage, claims, actions, damages, liabilities and expenses, including attorney's fees.

  • 6. Vendor categories
    • Vendors are hand selected to ensure a variety of goods available. Its very important to stay in your assigned category.
  • 7. Vendor Services
  •   7.1 Vendor Accommodations. Our muscle crew is available to assist vendors with loading and unloading. ½ hour and 1 hour time frames are available. $50 per ½ hour for 2 muscle crew members to assist in unloading and ½ hour loading at end of show. This service must be scheduled in advance.
  •   7.2 Porter service. Our muscle crew will be loading larger items into customers vehicles. Muscle crew tickets are available for 5 for $20 or vendors can transport items to loading zones and purchase a loading ticket for $5. Unused tickets are nonrefundable and non-transferrable. Vendors are not allowed to carry items to customers cars. A $50 fine will apply to each incident.


  • 8. Payment, late payment, and cancellation policies
    • Approved vendors must sign contract and pay the total amount due by the listed due date to guarantee vendor acceptance. Booth space will not be held if payment in full is not received by date below. Promoter can elect to cancel from threat of public safety or extreme weather conditions. In the rare event an entire show is cancelled, a credit will be given to a future show at the same location.

  • 9. Photo release for adults
    • I hereby consent to and authorize the use and reproduction of any and all photographs and/or video that have been taken of my booth during the event for any purpose, without compensation to me or my assignees. All images and digital files are owned by 2B Market, who reserves the right to use these photographs and/or videos for online publication, websites, and/ or social media sites operated by 2B Market or 2B Vintage LLC. I hereby certify that I am 18 years of age or older and have read and understand the terms of this release. I choose to decline the photo release.
  • 10.Contract Acceptance
    • The vendor agrees to identify any employees or contract labor who will be assisting them with set up or working in their booth. The vendor agrees that unless and until 2B Market accepts the vendor contract, it shall not be binding. The vendor will receive a confirmation email confirming payment and acceptance. Pursuant to the terms of this contract, the vendor has read, understands, and agrees to be bound by the above referenced terms and conditions as a vendor participant in 2B Market. 2B Market reserves the right to cancel vendor contract up to seven days prior to the start of the event if so determined to be in the best interest of the event. 2B Market will return all fees collected within 30 days of notice of cancellation.I certify that I agree to abide by market rules and return the signed contract with payment for booth rental for participation in the market. My signature below certifies that I have read, understand and agree to abide by all the terms and conditions of 2B Market.
